We offer three versatile pathways to capture your automotive components, tailored to the size and logistics of your project:
Mail-In Service (Scan & Return): Safely ship your part to our workshop. We perform a high-detail scan, securely pack and return your physical component, and deliver your clean digital assets straight to your inbox.
Drop-Off / Bring-To-Me: Local to the area? Bring your vehicle, sub-assembly, or loose parts directly to our workshop for drop-off scanning while you wait or scheduled for pickup.
On-Location Mobile Scanning: For complete vehicles, engine bays, custom chassis, or immovable assemblies, we bring our professional scanning equipment directly to your garage, workshop, or fabrication facility, including full surface preparation.
What We Can Scan & Deliver
Complex Geometries: Intricate castings, suspension wishbones, engine blocks, and transmission housings.
Interior & Exterior Trim: Dashboards, centre consoles, aerodynamic splitters, and custom body panels.
Deliverables: High-fidelity mesh files (.STL, .OBJ) and clean, watertight geometry optimized for CAD integration in software like Autodesk Fusion 360.
Cost
One-off small parts: Individual small parts scanning such as trim pieces, dash pieces, small suspension components etc can be scanned relatively quickly depending on their complexity and material. We can provide complementary consumables for the purpose of the scan. Rates - £85-£150 (Contact for confirmed pricing)
One-off large parts: Individual larger parts scanning such as suspension components, exhausts, bumper parts/trim, larger interior pieces can be scanned with a number of different methods depending on materials and size. We can provide complementary consumables for the purpose of the scan. Rates - £125-£250 (Contact for confirmed pricing)
Large area scans: Larger scans, such as engine bays, interiors, seats, full bumpers, larger exterior areas can be scanned but take much longer to accomplish and may not always return a full 3D model. Larger parts offer a number of complexities to both scanning and modelling ability. These types of scans will need to be fully discussed before they can be offered.
